A first test report page

To date, the CX provided by these companies has left a sufficiently bad taste in our mouth for us to feel a need to list them here.

NG Farah Coogee Business type: property – local agent
Responsible executive: Theo Karangis
Known geographical area of CX experience: Sydney
Our CX experience: Tried to rip us off, getting us to pay in addition for electrical work that had already been done. Please see my correspondence relating to this blatant rip-off here.

Construction Profile Business type: property – local builder
Responsible executive: Neil Denton
Known geographical area of CX experience: Sydney
Our CX experience: Refusal to date to acknowledge and replace the poor quality of products his company installed in a brand new apartment.

Godfreys Business type: retail – homewares
Responsible executive: Ash Kumar
Known geographical area of CX experience: Sydney
Our CX experience: This was possibly the single worst retailing experience I have ever had: refusal to replace a defective, brand new vacuum cleaner.

Although we have no idea how good or effective it is, by virtue of the presence of managers with relevant job titles discovered through research on LinkedIn, these companies at least appear to have some customer experience (CX) action in play.
